We’re thrilled to welcome you and your child to our office! During this visit, we’ll take the time to understand your complete health history, explore your current challenges, and discuss your goals for care. We’ll also perform our CLA INSiGHT nervous system scans to gain a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning. Plus, you’ll get a tour of our office so you feel right at home

Your Second Visit- Scan Results & Customized Care Plan

On your second visit, we’ll sit down together to review the results of your nervous system scans and provide a clear, personalized care plan tailored to your family’s needs. We’ll discuss recommendations for care and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll also meet with our financial assistant, who will explain our simple and affordable payment options. If you choose, your first chiropractic adjustment can take place during this visit, and we’ll schedule your future appointments to begin your journey to better health.

    • One-on-one consult with PDC Doctor evaluating your health history and current challenges and goals

    • CLA INSiGHT nervous system scans

    Your DAY 2 Report of Findings Sit-Down:

    • one-on-one review with PDC Doctor going over your nervous system scans and fully customized Neurological Restoration Plan

    • the option to receive your first adjustment with PDC for our single adjustment fee of $70


    Plan for 30-45 minutes for each appointment (DAY 1 & DAY 2= $225)

  • Neurological Restoration plans are the initial phase of care in your PDC journey.

    Plans typically will include:

    • 24-84 adjustments based on results of nervous system scans performed during your DAY 1 Consultation.

    • CLA INSiGHT nervous system scans performed throughout your plan to measure progress

    • One-on-one reports from a PDC Doctor explaining progress and continued care


    The average cost of Neurological Restoration Plans ranges from $2700 – $6400 (mild to severe neurological stress)

  • Lifestyle care is open to current PDC members who have completed a Neurological Restoration Plan.

    Lifestyle Plans $195 monthly, include:

    • One adjustment per week for the year

    • CLA INSiGHT nervous system scans every 3 months to measure continued progress

    • Boost adjustments at half the price = $35

    • Family members who have completed a Neurological Restoration Plan are eligible to receive Lifestyle Care at discounted price = $110 per/mo.
